Self-Timed

Our Self-Timed workouts are for the highly motivated athlete and come in three different formats. Your coach will walk you through the workout, and a screen will appear with your workout notated for you to reference as you go. Just press 'pause' on Rowgatta On-Demand, crank your own tunes, and have your timer at the ready!

What you'll need:
A stopwatch (or your phone timer!)
The equipment listed in your video's title

Formats:
AMRAPS | In these sessions, you'll learn a set of movements with rep counts, set your timer per your coach's instructions, and go for "As Many Rounds As Possible" to work up a mega sweat.
EMOM | "Every Minute On the Minute" you'll perform a specific movement to keep your recovery time tight and muscles on fire.
For Time | One of our favorite ways to train! We'll teach you a set of movements with rep counts, and you will perform them as quickly as you can. These workouts are power and speed-based, and are fantastic ways to benchmark your progress by coming back to the same ones from time to time.
